Organize Your Files

The reason we use remote file services is for your safety and easy access. This is your personal account and not linked to Bluesage Disaster Planning. In addition, you can access your account on the go from anywhere.

When using a remote file service we offer an option to download a Bluesage Disaster Planning preorganized file. Keeping your files organized will help you access information quickly – just download this Preorganized File and upload to one of the file services you use.

The Bluesage Disaster Plan offers two options to link documents to this app:

  1. Upload and link your documents using one of 3 remote file services (One Drive, Google Drive or Dropbox). You can include the link to that document within the ‘Preparedness section’ to each recommendation, or below in the ‘Organize your files’ section.
  2. Keep your files locally on your personal machine and add a note to where those documents live within the ‘Preparedness section’ to each recommendation, or below in the ‘Organize your files’ section.

(Use the same steps throughout the app to download documents)
