FEMA Business Continuity Plan

There is a lot to running a business that we take for granted. Trying to capture it on paper can be overwhelming. FEMA has taken a lot of the thought process out of it by isolating the different layers of an emergency plan so you can focus on each aspect one at a time. This section is focused on Business Continuity: the processes required to run your business; the employees responsible for the required functions; the vendors that provide the supplies needed; the logistics backup for an alternate work site, replacement of specialized equipment and electronics, and making sure your data is secure in the worst of times.
