Are you Ready? This is the question FEMA had in mind when they developed this booklet. It is all about awareness of the many disasters experienced around the US on a regular basis and the importance of planning for them. Too many natural disasters devastate communities leaving them unable to function without federal disaster aid. By creating public awareness of the need for planning and by providing what it takes to build a plan, FEMA gives us the tools to be in a better position to protect ourselves.
