- They were starting to question their ability to recover from a cyberattack
- They perceived cybersecurity insurance as too expensive
- They were starting to become more aware of the importance of keeping customers data secure
- The Implementation of employee training programs for cybersecurity was on the rise
- Small business owners expressed greater confidence in financial and reputational recovery vs. recovery from a cyber breach; while medium companies did not
